I can not begin to thank Floyd Smith for all that he did for me and my family. When I initially began searching for a new home, I had realtors constantly showing me homes that did not meet my stated needs and also had fmancial institutions repeatedly requesting additional information. After a chance meeting, Floyd informed me of a home that sounded exactly like what I was looking for. It turned out that it was and Floyd never even asked to be included in the commission. He did, however, handle everything else — including the financing. I never received repeated requests, Floyd took all of my information and then handled the “leg-work” himself.
